Neighbors had a large project replacing almost all of the windows in a two story home. They loved the work and referred us to Signature. Our project, large slider, another large slider with side widow panels (to take advantage of a nice view), and a bathroom window turned out great and we're 100% satisfied with the results. The work entailed modification of a wall opening too. I'd include pictures but the house is being repainted now. Every step of the process: product selection, measurement, installation, and cleanup were executed on-time, and the workmanship was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the results. The installers arrived on time, explained the process, and did the work in one day. The surprising fact was the cleanup. You would never know that any work was done, inside and out.
Our initial meeting to talk about our project was informative and had no high pressure tactics, it seemed more like a discussion with a family friend.The new windows arrived promptly and Signature was able to schedule our installation a little sooner than we expected. We never needed to worry about when the job was going to get done.The installers were amazing. They corrected some inadequacies of the previous windows' installation, the new windows are properly sealed to the house. The siding and window casings that needed to be cut for the new windows are perfect, they are skilled craftsmen that are very good at what they do. The calking applied after the windows were installed looks like it was machine done at the factory. They were very careful to contain the dust to the work area and cleaned thoroughly when they were done, there was no mess remaining and the only indication that they had ever been here was our beautiful new windows.This was the best contractor experience we have had, absolutely would recommend and use them again.

The sales process was extremely laid back and not pushy, and it’s clear they’re extremely confident in the product they’re selling, which, based on so much data I reviewed during my search for new windows, proves it’s truly the best there is. The price was less than Pella and less than Andersen, and yet the product both looks much nicer and is built better. It’s hard to argue with that value! Already we’ve seen a noticeable increase in the comfort in our home, as well as noise and pollen reduction. Previously we had old weathervane windows that were ~40 years old. We replaced 12 windows and one large patio door. Where signature truly shined was in their installation. Eddie and team were the most professional, clean/tidy, and skilled installers we’ve worked with. We have a large feature window in the front of our home that was built in a very unique way (circular on the front and rectangular on the back). I’m so pleased to say that the result looks almost identical to the original, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Signature also followed up with a survey and thank you note/small gift for our business. They are truly a class act all around and we can’t recommend them enough! I’ve attached two photos as an example of their workmanship.
