Steel Exterior Doors
For years, Signature Window & Door Replacement owners Grant Neiss and Randy Lucas refused to sell steel doors. People want steel for durability and protection, but the products they’d seen offered neither.
Then we discovered ProVia.
ProVia’s Legacy Steel doors are unlike any other steel door we’ve seen in over 25 years as a company. They’re made of 20- to 24-gauge steel, which is almost 50% more steel than a standard steel door. ProVia Legacy Steel is built to endure, and it has consistently passed ASTM “Torture Testing.”
Every window and door we sell is custom-ordered to the exact specifications of your opening. Steel doors are available in options up to 8 feet high and feature a variety of glass and wood grain options. Seven wood finish stains, from Natural Oak to Dark Mahogany, and 16 paint finishes, from Snow Mist to Geneva Blue to Vallis Red, are available. You can even order your Legacy Steel door with a factory-installed pet door.
A new ProVia steel door is a great investment. According to the 2019 Seattle Cost vs. Value Report, homeowners recoup an average of 94.8% on a steel replacement door.
ProVia is an Amish company based in Ohio. At this time, Signature Window & Door is the only retailer in the Puget Sound region of Washington State permitted to sell or install ProVia doors.
