Brent grew up around Signature Window & Door Replacement after his father co-founded the company in 1999, giving him a front-row seat to how the business was built. After years working in sales, he stepped into ownership with a strong understanding of both the customer experience and what it takes to run projects the right way. Brent focuses on the company’s operations, customer experience, and overall direction, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to doing things right for every homeowner. 

Danny has been a key part of Signature’s growth and success, bringing years of experience in sales before stepping into ownership alongside Brent. As co-owner, he is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and works closely with both the team and customers to ensure every project meets the company’s standards. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Danny helps carry forward the level of quality and accountability Signature is known for.

Vitaliy brings something most Design Consultants simply can’t offer…he’s actually done the work! After spending years installing windows and doors for Signature, he became our lead foreman, responsible for critical measurements, quality control, and our most complex jobs. That foundation gives him a depth of product and installation knowledge that’s nearly impossible to find. When Vitaliy makes a recommendation, he speaks from real hands-on experience.

Sebastian brings extensive experience helping homeowners navigate major home improvement decisions. With a background in the home improvement industry, he understands the investment homeowners are making and takes that seriously. His approach is low pressure and straightforward, focused on making sure every customer feels genuinely informed and confident before moving forward. Sharp, personable, and easy to work with,  Sebastian is exactly who you want in your corner on a project like this. 

Sarah is an essential part of what keeps everything running smoothly at Signature. As our Office Manager, she oversees day-to-day operations, supports our team, and ensures our internal processes stay organized and efficient. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, Sarah helps create a seamless experience behind the scenes. Her friendly, approachable nature contributes to a positive office environment and ensures both our team and customers feel supported every step of the way.

Alyssa is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear at Signature, setting the tone for a great customer experience from the very start!  As our Appointment Coordinator, she handles incoming calls, answers questions, and schedules appointments with care and efficiency. Her warm personality ensures every customer feels heard, informed, and has a stress-free experience.

Patti keeps everything balanced behind the scenes, ensuring our financials are accurate, organized, and running smoothly. As our Bookkeeper, she manages day-to-day accounting with precision and attention to detail, helping support the overall health of the business. Beyond the numbers, Patti enjoys connecting with customers and bringing a friendly, personal touch to every interaction. Her reliability and care help create a seamless experience for both our team and our customers.

Jeff plays a key role in bringing each project to life from start to finish. As our Project Manager, he oversees installations, visits job sites, and works closely with homeowners to ensure everything runs smoothly. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Jeff makes sure every project meets our high standards. His hands-on approach and clear communication help create a seamless, stress-free experience for our customers every step of the way.

Ben is the go-to person for keeping your project on track and ready for installation day. As our Installation & Service Coordinator, he manages scheduling, coordinates logistics, and works closely with customers to provide clear timelines and answer any service-related questions. From order placement through final installation, Ben ensures every detail is organized and running smoothly.

Travis plays a vital role in keeping everything organized and ready behind the scenes. As our Warehouse Associate, he manages inventory, coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensures every product meets Signature’s standards before heading out for installation. His attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help keep projects on schedule and running smoothly. Travis’s work ensures our installation team has everything they need to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
